ICBC's systems will work using either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape.
WARNING: Before downloading your new software please ensure your
computer system meets the minimum requirements for processor speed,
memory and hard disk space as outlined by the software provider.
- Download Microsoft Internet Explorer's (MSIE) 128 bit secure web browser.
- Download a Site Certificate if you have not already done so.
and then follow the ICBC Site Certificate, step by step installation guide.
- Download Netscape's 128 bit secure web browser.
- The Site Certificate is automatically sent when the application is first accessed. When prompted by Netscape, please accept the certificate for installation.
