All discipline-specific Recovery Network program guides will be amended effective April 1, 2026. An overview of the upcoming changes to the program guides can be found here.
Health care provider fees are regulated by the Insurance Vehicle Regulation and the Enhanced Accident Benefit Regulation. Regulated rates are subject to an annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustment on April 1.
Health Care Provider PIN Reset – April 1st
All Health Care Provider PINs reset every six months (April 1st and October 1st). If you’ve logged into the Health Care Provider Portal (HCPP) in the last six months, a new PIN will be emailed to your PIN management email address. Ad hoc resets don’t affect scheduled resets (e.g., if you requested a PIN reset on March 27th, you will still get a new PIN on April 1st).
To access the HCPP, use your vendor number and six digit PIN. HCPP can be accessed through the Invoicing and Reporting page, and HCIU contact information can be found on the Contact Us page.
Clarification on use of [email protected]
Emails received from [email protected] requires the use of "Reply" or "Reply All" for responses to be correctly directed to the ICBC employee who sent the original email.
If recipients manually type, paste, or save [email protected] to send a new message, the email will not reach an ICBC employee.
As of October 14, 2025, the Brain Injury Support and Navigation pilot program is live.
