If you are a Health Care Provider and have reviewed this site and its resources, and still have questions or feedback, please reach out to us directly. For inquiries across multiple claims, please complete rows A–H of the multiple treatment plan inquiry sheet (.xls) and return the completed document in excel format to [email protected]. Health care providers can also call the HCIU at one of the numbers below.
HCIU phone lines closed June 19
The Health Care Inquiry Unit (HCIU) phone lines will be closed on Thursday, June 19. You can continue to contact us by emailing your enquiries to [email protected]. Representatives will be available to take your calls again on Friday, June 20 at 8:30am.

Claims Vendor Inquiry Unit (CVIU)
The CVIU assists you with financially-related vendor issues and inquiries including the following:
Payment status
Specific payment information (for example, assistance with identifying payments received)
Payment Statements
Health Care Provider Invoicing and Reporting (HCPIR) submission errors
Financial document receipt verification
Vendor debt collection due to system errors or erroneous payments received
Vendor reimbursements payable to ICBC
Vendor inquiries can be submitted by email to [email protected]. Response time is within four business days. For inquiries of multiple invoices, please complete rows A-H of the multiple invoice inquiry sheet (.xls) and return the completed document in excel format for review.
Supplier Program and Administration (SPA) — Health
SPA is here to assist you with questions relating to the following:
Applying for a direct billing vendor number, adding a practitioner or reconciling an existing vendor account
Updating your vendor account (address, phone, email, GST changes or to remove a practitioner)
Changing your direct deposit banking information
Clarification on vendor number application requirements

Note: Applications through this unit are not available to physicians or nurse practitioners.
